Maureen is back home and I think her mother is on the mend. It was fortunate she could stay longer than expected to help out, as part of what led to her mom needing surgery was moving too much to let her body heal the first time she broke her bone. I don’t understand why her insurance company wouldn’t supply some kind of in-home nursing to help out...guess they’d rather take the gamble that she won’t want to go through another surgery if it doesn’t heal properly again?
